macOS

Fixes

Fixed an issue with user takeover on macOS. The login screen now correctly represents with a JumpCloud icon that an org user created with the same case insensitive name will take over a system user of the same name and be managed by JumpCloud.
Fixed an issue on macOS where users with TOTP required were not presented with a TOTP input field during a required password change on login.
Fixed an issue where macOS login was not bypassed when Automatic login setting was enabled.
