This article covers how to restart the JumpCloud Password Manager desktop applications on both Windows and macOS operating systems.
Restarting the Desktop App (Windows)
- Locate JumpCloud Password Manager in the system tray of the Windows Device (bottom-right corner of the taskbar).
- Right-click the JumpCloud Password Manager Icon, and select Restart JC.
- The app is restarted and the issue should no longer persist.
Restarting the Desktop App (macOS)
- Locate JumpCloud Password Manager in the dock.
- Right-click the icon in the dock and select Quit.
- Relaunch the JumpCloud Password Manager application.
- The app is restarted and the issue should no longer persist.
