Chief Financial Officer
Michelle DeBella
Michelle DeBella is a CFO and dynamic executive who has been leading change at some of the most well known names in Silicon Valley, such as HP, Uber and Lyft. Over her career Michelle has also been recognized for her leadership, mentorship and efforts in the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging space. She served on the HP Global D&I Board, started Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Women in Finance Leadership program, and was named Mentor of the Year. She has been recognized by the Professional Business Women of California organization as a 2014 Industry Leader and was named one of 2019's 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council.Chief Engineering Officer
Scott Engstrom
Scott has over 20 years in the Tech Industry building and leading teams to deliver core, mission-critical infrastructure services. Previous to JumpCloud he was VP of Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, and SRE at Splunk, leading the teams that deliver all of their cloud products. Previously he spent time at Oracle and Twitter leading core infrastructure and SaaS organizations providing services at massive scale.Chief Marketing Officer
Micha Hershman
Micha Hershman serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at JumpCloud, bringing over two decades of expertise in steering marketing initiatives for category leaders such as Eventbrite, Envoy, and Heap Analytics. Micha has played a pivotal role in scaling organizations, notably contributing to the global demand engine that facilitated Eventbrite's successful IPO in 2018. His strategic prowess extends to category creation efforts, resulting in Envoy's unicorn valuation, and platform positioning strategies that culminated in Heap's acquisition by Contentsquare.Chief Technology Officer
Greg Keller
Greg Keller is JumpCloud's co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to his current role, Greg was JumpCloud's founding product and technology leader and was responsible for the inception and launch of the company's award-winning cloud directory platform. His career spans nearly 30 years including launching and operating several startups to globally scaling growth stage companies. His passion is providing strong product vision, leadership and go to market execution, bringing category-defining technologies to market.Chief Revenue Officer
Brad Mirkovich
Brad is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at JumpCloud. Prior to JumpCloud, Brad was the CRO of Businessolver leading the go to market organization. Brad has held executive sales and general management positions at several category leading companies: Conga (acquired by Thoma Bravo), Accolade (went public ACCD), Glassdoor (acquired by Indeed), Concur (acquired by SAP), Witness Systems (acquired by Verint Systems), Taleo (acquired by Oracle), Selectica and PTC. He lived overseas twice during his career in the Netherlands with PTC and the UK with Selectica. This diverse experience has provided Brad the ability to work in different software markets utilizing different distribution, marketing and customer success strategies to drive scale and revenue growth. Amy Moynihan
Amy Moynihan is a seasoned people leader, with more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across public, private, and startup technology organizations. Prior to JumpCloud, Moynihan was the vice president of human resources at Aspen Technology, a leading provider of enterprise asset optimization solution. With passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, she was a founding member of the company's global DE&I forum and the executive sponsor of the company's corporate giving and volunteerism programs.Chief Information Security Officer
Robert Phan
Robert Phan is an accomplished security leader with more than 20 years of experience across the industry. Phan joined JumpCloud in 2022 as Deputy CISO, and was named the company's CISO in early 2023. Prior to JumpCloud, Phan was Director of Engineering - Cloud Security at Splunk and spent over 10 years as an engineering leader at Yahoo!.Chief Product Officer
Khanh Tran
Khanh Tran is Chief Product Officer (CPO) at JumpCloud. Tran has over 20 years of product management experience, having worked previously at CrowdStrike, Velocify, Symantec, HireRight, Fogbreak Software, IPNet Solutions, and Ondisplay. Prior to JumpCloud, Tran served as Vice President and Head of Proactive Security at CrowdStrike, where he managed a team of over 300 employees across product management, UX, and engineering.Our Board

Alex Crisses
Alex Crisses is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in the firm’s Technology sector. Alex serves as Global Head of New Investment Sourcing, leading the firm’s thematic sourcing program, and co-heads its Emerging Growth Platform. Before joining General Atlantic in 2016, Alex was a Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners where he focused on Software and Internet investments globally. Earlier in his career, Alex worked in the Investment Banking division at Credit Suisse where he focused on global energy and power.Board Member
Will Herman
Will Herman is an active angel investor, corporate director and startup mentor. He was previously a serial entrepreneur, having started five companies, taking two of them public and selling two others. Will sits on the boards and actively advises many new startups and is a fund adviser at the venture capital firm, Bolt.Board Observer/Investor
Albert Koh
Albert is a Principal at H.I.G. Capital where he focuses on growth equity investments across IT enterprise, security, and application software. Albert currently serves as a Board Director at ProsperOps. Prior to joining H.I.G. in 2022, Albert helped lead the software growth equity practice at Blue Owl Capital. Albert started his career in investment professional roles at CRV and Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV).Board Member
Amol Kulkarni
Amol Kulkarni leads CrowdStrike’s product and engineering, with responsibility for the definition and delivery of CrowdStrike’s product and platform vision and roadmap. With this vision as their foundation, Kulkarni and his global team develop and deliver cutting-edge and user-friendly products to protect customers and stay ahead of adversaries. The long list of industry-leading innovations under Kulkarni spans the company’s highly rated Falcon Prevent™ next-gen AV, the integration of intelligence into Falcon X™, the CrowdStrike Store opening trusted third-party applications to customers, and Falcon Fusion™, a foundational workflow platform. Kulkarni’s dedication to building a culture based on bottom-up innovation and collaboration across geographical and organizational boundaries results in a true “one team” approach to cybersecurity. He also developed CrowdStrike’s Software Development Lifecycle to spur customer-focused innovations while ensuring adherence to long-term architecture and design parameters.Board Member
Jose Morales
Jose Morales is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Freshworks, where he leads the company’s global GTM strategy and is responsible for sales, partnerships, customer success, and support organizations. Freshworks provides innovative customer and employee engagement solutions, including FreshDesk, FreshService, and FreshCRM and has 50,000 paying customers around the globe. He joined Freshworks from Atlassian, where he spent the last 10 years. At Atlassian he built and led the field operations organization which included direct sales, partner programs, services and other key GTM functions. The organization included teams supporting and driving the self-serve business to field sales organizations closing seven figure deals in the global 2000. Jose joined Atlassian when they were sub $100M in revenue and helped grow them to over $1.8B in annual run rate. During that time he built teams in many countries including the US, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines. In addition to field operations, Jose ran corporate development for 5 years completing many acquisitions, including HipChat, a product he ran for 2 years post acquisition. Prior to Atlassian, he held other go-to-market roles with leading Silicon Valley software companies.Board Member/Investor
Gary Reiner
Gary Reiner is an Operating Partner at General Atlantic, providing strategic support and advice to the firm’s investment teams and portfolio companies with a focus on strategy and technology. Before joining General Atlantic in 2010, Gary was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of General Electric where he led the mergers & acquisitions, sourcing, IT, operations, and quality teams for the company. Prior to that, he was a Partner with The Boston Consulting Group where he led strategy and operational improvement for technology businesses.Board Member
Anita Sands
Anita Sands is a U.S. based board-director, private investor, advisor, and speaker. A former Fulbright Scholar, she holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Management as well as a Ph.D. in Atomic and Molecular Physics. Anita spent ten years in C-suite positions in financial services in Canada and the U.S. including as Group Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of UBS Wealth Management Americas before pivoting into the tech sector eight years ago. Her current portfolio includes serving on the board of directors several public and private companies including ServiceNow, Nubank, Unqork, JumpCloud, and a SPAC sponsored by the SoftBank Vision Fund. During her tenure as a director, she has advised management teams on a broad range of business and governance issues including IPOs, SPACs, hyper-growth and scaling, major M&A, divestitures, private equity and activist investors, multiple CEO transitions, operational restructuring, regulatory requirements and investigations. Casber Wang
Casber focuses primarily on security, enterprise infrastructure, and data & analytics at Sapphire. Casber is a board observer at Tetrate, Upytcs, and Verbit. Prior to Okta’s acquisition, he was also a board observer at Auth0. In addition, he works closely with the team at CircleCI, Cypress, Dremio, Privacera, Side, StackHawk, and Thoughtspot. And he has actively worked on investments in Exabeam, Moveworks, Pendo, Outreach, and OwnBackup.
