View Apple MDM and App Status

Use the Device panel’s MDM tab to see the MDM enrollment status for an Apple device. To configure JumpCloud MDM, see Get Started: MDM. To enroll a macOS, iOS, or iPadOS device in MDM, see Choose an MDM Enrollment Method.

Use the Device panel’s Apps tab to see the Apps installed on the device (for MacOS or iOS devices only). To learn more about Apps, see Software Management: Mac OS and iOS and Set Up Apple’s VPP.

Viewing MDM Status

To view MDM status for a macOS device:

1. Log in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal: https://console.jumpcloud.com/login.
2. Go to DEVICE MANAGEMENT > Devices.
3. Select the device, then select MDM to see the MDM status and type of user enrollment.
   

Viewing App Status

To view App status for a macOS device:

1. Log in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal: JumpCloud Login.
2. Go to DEVICE MANAGEMENT > Devices.
3. Select the device, then select Apps to see the installed apps, location, device family, and app status.
