Get Started: MFA

Admins can enable Multi-factor Authentication factor types for orgs on the MFA Configuration page. Learn more about all of the MFA factors that JumpCloud supports in the MFA for Admins article.

To access Multi-factor Authentication settings:

Log in to the Admin Portal: https://console.jumpcloud.com.
Go to SECURITY MANAGEMENT > MFA Configurations.

Once MFA is configured, you can require MFA for your users when accessing JumpCloud resources:

User Portal login
Admin Portal login
Devices login
Cloud RADIUS authentication
Cloud LDAP
SSO Applications
Password reset
